VePhone Lite app for iPhone and iPad

VePhone Lite is a great internet telephony application with a real UK Telephone number for your iPhone or iPad, use it to:

* Make LOW COST outgoing calls to any Landline, Mobile, or other VePhone, worldwide;

* Receive calls to your free VOICEMAIL and use voicemail-to-email if required;

* Use CALL FORWARD feature to re-direct your VePhone UK Telephone number to any
conventional landline or mobile, worldwide.

VePhone Lite routes calls over the internet using 3G, 4G or Wifi connection - when the App. is open you will have both a real UK telephone number as well as your own mobile number on the SAME phone ....now that is good !

Create a VePhone account on our website and get assigned your own UK telephone number, either a geographic (01 or 02), a non-geographic number (0330), or non-geographic VoIP (0560). This VePhone Lite version will permit making low cost outgoing calls using your mobile handset when connected to the internet. It will also provide a simple way of re-directing your VePhone telephone number to any landline/mobile location (referred to as "Call Forwarding"). Alternatively, incoming calls can route to your voicemail where notification of unread messages will be indicated in the App. or you can set voicemail-to-email and receive messages in your email inbox. It is free to use VePhone Lite to retrieve your voicemail.

VePhone Lite calls go out over the internet and use very low bandwidth, only 16kbps and is GSM compatible.

You can make calls from anywhere. For example, if you are in, say, Australia and use VePhone Lite to call a UK landline then it is a very low cost call (equivalent to a local call - 1p per minute). If, however, you forwarded your VePhone telephone number to, say, a Landline in Australia, then as normal you will only be charged the ‘forwarded’ part of that call (a UK to Australia landline call - only 2ppm). There are NO connection charges nor roaming charges. It is as simple as that ...!
